Welcome to my blog site. My name is Dave Matcham and I am Chief Executive of the International Underwriting Association (www.iua.co.uk).
On these pages I will be attempting to provide an informal look at life in the London Market. I hope I will also be able to a useful insight into what the IUA is doing for its members from week to week.
There’s no shortage of newsletters and official communications flying about the market these days. I will not be looking to replicate or compete with any of these. Instead, my entries will be a very personal view of the topics that interest me and the market.
I hope this blog will be read especially by IUA members, but it is open to anyone with an interest in the London Market and I welcome any comments or feedback on my entries.
